This Abandoned hotel or Guest house in Belgium used to be a residential villa. The building had multiple renovations. but was never finished. Due to money issues off the owner it was put up for sale. There was no interest at all in this half renovated building with a large price tag. 

hopefully in the future it will finally be finished...
